Bishops Drop Two at Wittenberg
SPRINGFIELD, Ohio 鈥� The Ohio Wesleyan University softball team continued conference play on Saturday, traveling to Wittenberg for a doubleheader. The Battling Bishops clawed back with two runs late in game one, but a walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh left Ohio Wesleyan on the wrong side of a 3-2 thriller. Game two was deadlocked at 1-1 in the fifth, but the Tigers tacked on three late runs to pull away and complete the sweep over the Bishops, 4-1.
