Women鈥檚 Golf in Second Through Opening Day of SCIAC 2
BEAUMONT, CA 鈥� No. 5 Pomona-Pitzer women’s golf finished round one of SCIAC 2 in second, one back of CMS. The Sagehens came into SCIAC 2 after a difficult finish at the UCSC Invite with some fire in their bellies. They finished in second place on day one, staying solid despite almost impossible conditions at Morongo GC. The already unforgiving course was made all the more difficult by 35 mph swirling winds on the tight Legends course. Though it was a tough day, the Hens have a good chance to avenge a loss last week with a strong finish Saturday.…
