Women鈥檚 Golf Finishes North Carolina College Cup
Paul Lollis (Southern Conference) CHAPEL HILL, N.C 鈥� The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women's golf team finished in fifth place in the North Carolina Challenege Cup, hosted by North Carolina on Saturday at UNC Finley Golf Club. TEAM UNCG finished the one-day event with a score of 33-over-par (593) with rounds of 293-300 for fifth place. No. 42 Michigan State paced the 12-team leaderboard with an eight-under-par (552) with back-to back rounds of 276. UNCG ranked third in the field with 22 birdies in the tournament.
