Wise Scores Against #24 St. John Fisher
ALFRED, NY 鈥� The Alfred University women’s lacrosse team hosted #24 St. John Fisher University, dropping the contest by a score of 23-1 on Saturday. In the contest, Morgan Wise (Kittanning, PA/Armstrong) scored the lone goal for the Saxons (5-3, 2-1 Empire 8) against the Cardinals (7-3, 3-0 Empire 8). The senior flipped the ball into the net off the assist from Kylee Bedette (Waterloo, NY/Waterloo) during the fourth quarter. Sydney Angelo (Windsor, NY/Windsor Central) and Jessica Matson (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Valley) registered one shot apiece.
