Wilkerson Homers as Scots Split at Beloit
The Monmouth College baseball team split two games at Beloit on Saturday. The Fighting Scots (7-14, 3-3) won the game that was suspended on Friday 10-3 before losing 13-1 in eight innings. GAME ONE The game that began on Friday afternoon was scoreless in the second when Clayton Matkovic (Sherrard, Illinois) led off with a single and Jace Wilkerson (East Peoria, Illinois) doubled.
