UWL Places Fifth at Midwest Invitational; Earns Victories over North Central and UW-Whitewater
Women’s Tennis | 4/4/2026 9:50:00 PM Madison, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women’s tennis team placed fifth at the Midwest Invitational Saturday, going 2-1. The Eagles opened tournament play Friday at the Nielsen Tennis Center, falling 4-3 to Grinnell College (Iowa) before a 4-3 victory over North Central College (Ill.). UWL earned fifth-place with a 5-2 win over UW-Whitewater on Saturday at TPC Wisconsin. UWL, ranked 28th on the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) NCAA Division III Poll, is now 14-3 on the season.
