LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. — Covenant baseball’s offense broke through for nine runs and 13 hits to upend No. 11/17 Belhaven, 9-7, at the Covenant Baseball Field on Saturday afternoon. Roby McClarnon went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and three runs scored, while Jonathan Ponder added a three-hit day and three runs scored to lead the Scots’ (11-17, 4-8 CCS) offense, while Zach Barrett (2-1) earned the win in relief with two solid innings.
