Women鈥檚 Tennis Rolls to 7-0 Sweep Over Bard
The St. Lawrence University women’s tennis team continued its strong season Friday, downing Bard College 7-0 in Annandale-on-Hudson, N.Y. The win improves them to 9-3 overall and 2-1 in Liberty League play. The Saints were dominant from the opening point, sweeping all three doubles matches without dropping a set. The duo of Molly Jespersen and Angelica Aksdal-Jansen set the tone at the top of the lineup, blanking Bard’s Paige Houghton and Natalie Lagunes 6-0, while Ariane Karera and Elisa Iuri performed equally well at No. 2 winning 6-0.
