Wildcat women finish third at Emporia State Midwest Classic
The Wayne State College women’s outdoor track and field team had 11 top-five finishes on their way to a third-place finish at the Midwest Classic hosted by Emporia State in Kansas Friday afternoon. The Wildcats scored 77.5 points and posted a third-place finish out of 16 teams competing. Fort Hays State won the team title at 141 points with host Emporia State second at 103 and Wayne State third with 77.5 points.
