WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Richmond competed in its first day of competition at the Colonial Relays at Zable Stadium on Friday. Highlighting the day were Molly Wise , who won the long jump, Mia Paolino , who won the 3,000-meter steeplechase and William Marhold who won the 1,500 meters. Wise won the long jump with a mark of 6.24 meters. Paolino won the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 10:48.01.
