South Florida Baseball’s Undefeated when a Bull Hits a Home Run Streak Ends
TAMPA, Fla. (April 3, 2026) – University of South Florida baseball drops Game 2 of the series against Memphis. The Bulls (23-8, 4-4 American) fell to the Tigers (10-19, 3-7 American) 7-4. Six of Memphis’ runs came in the first two innings. In the top of the first, Freddy Rodriguez hit a leadoff single and soon after stole second. Trae Cassidy hit an RBI single up the middle to score him. Shance Cox singled through the right side to advance Cassidy to second.
