Softball: Red Dragons Open SUNYAC Play with Sweep at Potsdam
POTSDAM, N.Y. – Cortland’s starting pitching did not allow any runs as the Red Dragons opened SUNYAC softball play with a doubleheader sweep at Potsdam. Cortland (10-5, 2-0 SUNYAC) won the opener, 9-0 in six innings, behind a shutout from Gianna Endieveri (Glens Falls), and the Red Dragons posted a 9-2 win in the nightcap as Olivia DiSalvo (Scotch Plains, NJ/Scotch Plains Regional) tossed five shutout innings and Kaitlyn Macumber (Deposit) pitched the final two innings for the save.
