Softball Falls 3-0 To Western Michigan
AMHERST, Mass 鈥� The University of Massachusetts softball team (10-20, 2-8 MAC) fell to Western Michigan (17-15, 6-4 MAC) 3-0 in the first game of a three series matchup on Friday. The Bronco's allowed just three hits on the afternoon. Lillie Scheivert , Riley Kairer and Katharine Helsin each recorded hits for the Minutewomen, with Scheivert hitting a double. Riain Keefe and Lily Woodworth each worked walks in the contest.
