SMSU-NSU baseball series moved to Sioux Falls on Monday
MARSHALL, Minn. – Southwest Minnesota State University and Northern State University announced today this weekend's three-game Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference baseball series between the two schools scheduled for Aberdeen, S.D., will now be a two-game series and will be relocated to Sioux Falls, S.D., on Monday. Due to poor weather this weekend, the teams will now play a doubleheader on Monday starting at 11 a.m. at the Sanford Diamonds in Sioux Falls. NSU will serve as the 'home' team for both games. SMSU is 15-14 overall, 5-12 NSIC, while NSU is 8-14 overall, 6-11 NSIC.
