Salva Leads Men鈥檚 Lacrosse To Road Win At Manhattan
RIVERDALE, N.Y. -- The Merrimack College men's lacrosse team used four fourth-period goals to pull out a 11-9 victory against Manhattan on Friday morning. Jack Salva led the Warriors with six points (four goals, two assists) while Carmine Jaconi (two goals, two assists) and Rob Tyra (two goals) complemented in the effort. Merrimack held a 5-4 lead after the half following five second-period tallies. The Warriors also held a 37-30 edge in total shots. Merrimack returns to action next Saturday when the team hosts Alumni Day at Duane Stadium at noon ET.
