Red Dragons overpower Bears
POTSDAM, N.Y.鈥� SUNY Cortland (6-5, 2-0 SUNYAC) started quickly and defeated the SUNY Potsdam men’s lacrosse team (5-4, 0-2) 21-4 on Friday afternoon. INSIDE THE NUMBERS The Red Dragons set the tone with an 8-1 first quarter and never let up. Bears senior goalie Saka Thompson (Akwesasne, N.Y./Salmon River) made 15 saves. Cortland junior goalie Charlie Falowski (Rockville Centre, N.Y./South Side) earned the win with five saves in the first three quarters.
