ST. LOUIS – Illinois State senior Pietro Pontiggia has been named the Missouri Valley Conference Golfer of the Week for the first time in his Redbird career. Pontiggia is coming off a top-10 finish at the Memphis Intercollegiate: Spirited by Old Dominick, as he had rounds of 73, 72, and 75 on the par-72 Colonial Country Club course in Cordova, Tennessee.
