Men鈥檚 Track and Field Has Strong Showings at Texas Relays and Bobcat Invitational
The Incarnate Word men's track and field team had strong showings at both the Texas Relays and the Bobcat Invitational. Over in Austin at the Texas Relays, Tommaso Franze finished 8th in the decathlon, moving up one spot from where he ended yesterday. Over the final five events of the decathlon, Franze posted a pair of 11th-place finishes, those coming in the 110-meter hurdles and discus throw, a pair of 5th-place finishes, in pole vault and javelin, and a 6th-place finish in the 1,500-meter run.
