Marietta and Heidelberg split an OAC softball doubleheader
TIFFIN, Ohio 鈥� The Marietta College softball team split an Ohio Athletic Conference doubleheader at Heidelberg University Friday (Apr. 3) afternoon. The Pioneers won game one, 7-0, and Heidelberg won game two, 8-3. Marietta improves to 14-10 overall and 3-3 in the OAC. Heidelberg is now 15-8 on the season and 3-3 in the OAC. Senior pitcher Aiyana Hancock (Marietta, Ohio/Warren Local) (3-2) pitched a complete game, one hitter in the first game. She didn’t allow a hit until the seventh inning.
