Malone Finishes Second at Mount Union Spring Invitational
ALLIANCE, Ohio - The Malone University women's golf team scored a second-place finish at the Mount Union Spring Invitational on Friday. The Pioneers were runners-up to Ashland University and lost by a total of three strokes, 314 to 317. Malone was led by Maria Warner , who was fourth overall with a 77. She was 1-over on the back nine with one birdie. In an up-and-down day, Erin Strouse was sixth after she fired a 79 at Tannenhauf Golf Club. The senior had four birdies on her scorecard.
