Comets Improve to 3-1 in LSC with win over Mustangs
SILVER CITY, N.M. – The UT Dallas women’s tennis team defeated Western New Mexico 5-2 in a Lone Star Conference match at the Mustang Tennis Courts on Friday. With the win, the Comets (6-7, 3-1 LSC) moved into fourth place in the league standings. They have won six of their last eight contests. UTD picked up the doubles point by winning two of three from the Mustangs (4-8, 1-2 LSC).
