Baseball Swept by Emory in Friday Doubleheader
The Case Western Reserve University baseball team was swept in a doubleheader for the first time this season, losing the first game 18-8 in eight innings and the second contest 7-1 to Emory University at Chappell Park in Atlanta on Friday. The Spartans, who have lost three straight games, fell to 13-11 overall with a 2-4 University Athletic Association mark, while Emory improved to 16-9 overall with a 5-1 UAA record.
