Baseball Sweep Twin-Bill Against John Jay
Bronx, N.Y. 鈥� For the first time since 2023, the Lehman College baseball team swept a twin-bill as it defeated visiting John Jay College, 10-9, 11-6, in CUNYAC action at South Field on Friday. The Lightning improved to a 2-15 overall record and 2-2 in conference play, while the Bloodhounds dropped to a 1-20 mark and 0-2 in CUNYAC action. Lehman ended a 28-game losing streak after it trailed 9-6 at the end of the fifth inning and then posted consecutive two runs in the sixth and seventh, respectively, for the victory in the doubleheader opener.
