Utica鈥檚 Ritzer, Newark鈥檚 Gilbert readers鈥� picks for favorite players
The Advocate readers have spoken, and they recently by an overwhelming margin chose their favorite Licking County girls and boys basketball players to watch this past season. Utica junior Emily Ritzer received nearly half of the girls vote at 47%. Ritzer was named to the All-Ohio Division V honorable mention list after averaging 12 points and 10 rebounds, leading Utica to an 18-5 finish, its best mark since the 2016-17 season.
