Trojans Win Conference Series Against HSSU
Hannibal, MO – The Hannibal-LaGrange University Baseball Team secured their first series victory of the year over Harris-Stowe State University after taking two of three games this week at Veterans Sports Complex. The Trojans bounced back from a tough game one loss to win back-to-back contests and claim the series. In game one, HLGU fell 2-1 despite out-hitting Harris-Stowe 10-8. Isaac Phillips drove in the Trojans’ lone run, while Tyson Wheeler led the way with a 3-4 performance at the plate.
