A rainy start to April didn鈥檛 affect Normal Community and Normal U-High鈥檚 girls soccer teams, who both produced big wins in Intercity Tournament play to highlight Wednesday鈥檚 prep sports action in Central Illinois. Aubrey Balota finished with a hat trick for the Pioneers while Limestone鈥檚 Khloe Stear did the same and Peoria Notre Dame stayed unbeaten. On the diamond, IVC and Washington had strong hitting performances to key double-digit wins while Canton and East Peoria baseball continued their spring break trips with games down south.
