Softball to Battle Furman in SoCon Series Friday & Saturday
GREENSBORO, N.C. 鈥� The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) softball team will welcome The Southern Conference (SoCon) foe Furman on Friday and Saturday to begin a four-game homestand at UNCG Softball Stadium. On Friday, the two teams will play a doubleheader with the first game starting at 1:00 p.m. and on Saturday they will play a single game with a first pitch slated for 1:00 p.m. Currently, the Spartans are 25-13 overall and 6-0 in the SoCon and the Paladins are 5-28 overall and 0-6 in the conference.
