Rager and Moore Collect Wins at IC Thursday Throwdown
Final Results (PDF) JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Illinois Wesleyan University track and field teams took a short trip to Jacksonville, Ill. Thursday, April 2 for the Illinois College Thursday Throwdown as two Titans garnered event wins. Freshman Ashlyn Rager (Carmi, Ill.-Carmi-White County) picked up her first career event win in the women’s discus throw, chucking a career-best 36.62m on her second-to-last throw. Rager defeated the IC freshman Ellie Bartling by just four inches.
