Mint Hill, N.C. — The University of Lynchburg baseball team traveled south to Colonel Francis R. Beatty Park to square off against Johnson & Wales and delivered an assertive 29-0 victory in seven innings on Thursday afternoon. The No. 2/2 Hornets (20-3-1) earned their 20th win of the season in style against the Wildcats (3-21), scoring their highest total of runs in a single game this season and one short of the 30-2 win against Bridgewater last season.
