LIVINGSTON, Ala. - The University of West Alabama Men's Tennis team defended their home court with a 5-2 win over Christian Brothers on Thursday while the Women's Team won by forfeit. No. 17 West Alabama (11-4, 3-1 GSC) swept doubles, before winning four of the six singles matches against Christian Brothers (4-9, 0-6 GSC). The doubles tandems of Gabriel Garay/Itaru Kikuchi, Federico Iturbe/Jacob Tapia, Afonso Portugal/Maksim Goncharov all took care of business in doubles play to secure the first point of the match.
