BATON ROUGE, La. — Southern University's Tashina Alase , Sahnya Lathon and Ayanna Hunt claimed all three Southwestern Athletic Conference weekly honors, the league announced Thursday. Alase earned Track Athlete of the Week recognition as the senior continues her standout comeback season. Just one year removed from a season-ending injury, Alase delivered a dominant showing at the Leon Johnson Invitational, winning the 100-meter hurdles in a personal-best 13.20 seconds.
