BOONE, N.C. – App State senior Parker Kinney captured Sun Belt Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week honors Thursday after a scintillating performance in the men's 400 meters at the Raleigh Relays. In his first attempt at the 400 this outdoor season, the Leicester, N.C., native ran an impressive time of 46.64 to earn his first career weekly award from the conference.
