Gorloks Softball Fall To UW-Eau Claire In Florida
COCOA BEACH, Flor. – The Webster University softball team continued spring break play with a decision against the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The Gorloks fell by the score of 1-18. Webster moves to 6-11 overall. First-year pitcher Brystol Klossner earned her fourth appearance of the season in the circle but UW-Eau Claire opened the game with a walk, five hits, and a hit-by-pitch that produced five runs. Moments later, Webster made a pitching change to Ainsley Hinz but the Blugolds recorded four additional hits that turned into a 10-run inning. Hinz got out the inning with a fielder’s choice play…
