By: GSU Athletic Communications BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | The Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) recognized Grambling State softball standout Ziya Donaldson as Co-Hitter of the Week following a dominant showing at the plate in the Lady Tigers series against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Donaldson set the tone offensively delivering one of the most efficient performances of the season. The redshirt freshman turned in a near-perfect 8-for-9 (.889) performance across three games, applying constant pressure on the Golden Lions defense.
