CMU Women Take Part in Rain Shortened William Woods Spring Invite
Fulton, Mo. — The Central Methodist University women's golf team competed Monday at the William Woods Spring Invitational, hosted by William Woods University. The event was shortened to 18 holes after Tuesday's final round was canceled due to inclement weather. The Eagles posted a team score of 347 in the opening round, finishing seventh in the nine-team field. Host William Woods University claimed the team title with a 318, followed by Iowa Western Community College (321) and John A. Logan College (325).
