WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — William & Mary baseball dropped the series opener against Campbell on Friday evening at Plumeri Park, falling 5-2. The Tribe (12-16, 4-6 CAA) saw a strong start from Zach Boyd, who pitched three scoreless innings. W&M broke open a scoreless tie in the fourth when Charlie Iriotakis scored on a wild pitch after getting aboard on a leadoff walk.
