Women’s Lax Stumped by No. 17 Trinity
HARTFORD, Conn. – The Connecticut College women’s lacrosse team continued conference action falling to No. 17 Trinity 19-1 from Robin L. Sheppard Field on Wednesday night. Trinity started fast, jumping out to a 5-0 lead midway through the opening quarter. The Bantams pushed the lead to 7-0 on back-to-back free-position goals, before a tally from Sarah Marvin in the final minute had Trinity in front 8-0 after one.
