Women’s Lacrosse Tops Alvernia at Home
READING, Pa. – Women’s Lacrosse (7-4, 1-0 MAC Commonwealth) returned home for their first conference game of the season against Alvernia (2-8, 0-1 MAC Commonwealth). Following four quarters of play, the Lions played the game at their pace and ended the night with a 12-8 victory. Paige Lipp scored the game’s first goal just over two minutes into the opening quarter to put the Lions out front early.
