Women鈥檚 Lacrosse Defense Dominated in 17-3 Victory
BRYN MAWR, PA 鈥� Manhattanville women’s lacrosse took control of the field in the dominant 17-3 win over Bryn Mawr on Wednesday afternoon. The Valiants even out at 5-5 while the Owls drop to 2-6. Erin Flaherty (Rockland, Mass./Canterbury School) protected the eight-meter in the defense-heavy victory by forcing five turnovers for the Owls while picking up four groundballs. Jocelyn Mazo (Mamaroneck, N.Y./Mamaroneck) forced four turnovers to complement Flaherty while also taking one groundball and one draw control.
