UCI Finishes Action at Wyoming Cowboy Classic
MARICOPA, Ariz. - The UC Irvine men's golf team wrapped up action at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic Wednesday at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club. The Anteaters finished 24th with a 5-count-4 total of 893 (289-303-301). No. 38 USC (838) took home the team title, finishing one stroke ahead of 46th-ranked Arkansas State. The Red Wolves' Thomas Schmidt was the individual champion at 13-under 203. Owen Davis-Piger had UCI's best third-round score to climb 17 spots in the standings.
