Three Sharks Earn NEC Weekly Award Honors
Walid Jarfani , Phillip Baynes Jr. , and Sonjay Baylor-Reeves have earned NEC weekly award honors, the conference announced Wednesday. Jarfani won the NEC's Track Athlete of the Week honor for the second straight week, this time after shining at the Raleigh Relays. He participated in two events, boasting a time of 1:52.55 in the 800 meter run (62nd place), and a time of 3:45.88 in the 1500 meter run, good for 48th place.
