Softball takes opener against Gallaudet; Game Two PPD due to weather
WASHINGTON, D.C. – A five-run first inning was more than enough for the Notre Dame of Maryland University softball team as the Gators (6-8, 3-0 UEC) defeated Gallaudet (4-9, 0-3 UEC) 8-2 in the first game of a scheduled doubleheader on Wednesday afternoon. After a long rain delay, the first game was called in the sixth due to the weather. Game two will be played later.
