Rose Named CCIW Field Student-Athlete of the Week Following Strong Season Opener
NAPERVILLE – Tyler Rose of the Carthage men’s track & field team has been named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Field Student-Athlete of the Week, the conference announced Wednesday. Rose, a senior from Naperville, Ill., won three events at the North Central College First Chance Invitational. Rose claimed a victory in the shot put with a mark of 15.57 meters, which currently ranks 23rd at the NCAA Division III level.
