Mammoths slide past Springfield, 10-2
AMHERST, Mass. — Seven different Mammoths had two hits Wednesday as the Amherst College baseball team cruised to a 10-2 win over regional rival Springfield College at Memorial Field. With the win Amherst improved to 12-4 on the season while the Pride fell to 13-6 overall. The Mammoths will next play at Middlebury Friday at 4 p.m. in te first game of a three-game series at their NESCAC West Division rivals.
