Lila Polakowski Earns USA South Women鈥檚 Golf Rookie of the Week
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C . – For the third time this season, Piedmont women’s golf freshman Lila Polakowski has been named the USA South Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week, announced Wednesday afternoon. Polakowski’s honor marks the sixth time in the 2025-26 season that a Lion has earned top rookie honors from the USA South. The Canton, Michigan native used a solid second round to help the Lions nab a top 10 finish at the Stith Invitational this past week.
