Kaseba, Ali, Brewton, Thornton Earn NEC Track & Field Weekly Recognitions
CHICAGO, Ill. - The NEC has announced their weekly outdoor track and field awards for the week of April 1 where Chicago State track and field earned multiple weekly honors. Faustin Kaseba, Nasir Ali, Katherine Thornton and Makiyah Brewton highlighted the Cougars on the track at the Raleigh Relays. Freshman Faustin Kaseba was named Men's Rookie of the Week and a prime performer after posting a time of 14.74 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles, finishing 25th in a field of 49 competitors.
