Isaac Bledsoe’s new school record in the men’s 200-meter dash highlight Wheaton Invitational
Wheaton, Ill. – The Wheaton track and field teams hosted the Wheaton Invitational track meet on Tuesday. The meet was originally scheduled for Thursday afternoon, however, it was moved up two days due to the forecast for April 2. The start of today’s meet was delayed 90 minutes due to severe thunderstorms in the area on Tuesday morning. Isaac Bledsoe recorded a time of 21.41-seconds in the men’s 200-meter dash to set a new school record. His effort eclipsed the previous standard of 21.54 that was set by Richard Hollatz in 1955.
