Hot Start Leads #21 Women鈥檚 Lacrosse Past Pioneers
WAUKESHA, Wis. — The 21st-ranked University of Chicago women’s lacrosse team rolled past Carroll (WI) on Wednesday night for a 19-8 victory over the Pioneers. UChicago got off the bus with nothing but goals on their mind as the Maroons scored the first nine goals of the game against the Pioneers. Avery Song scored the opening goal on an assist from Kaylin Oey in under 100 seconds, and Peyton McGuire quickly doubled the lead on another assist from Oey.
