Augustana trips up Central women鈥檚 tennis team
IOWA CITY鈥� For the fourth match in a row to start the spring, the Central College women’s tennis team played a one-point match in a 4-3 loss to Augustana College (Ill.) Wednesday. Central (7-7) suffered its second loss of the spring against the Vikings (6-7). Sidney Peterson (freshman, Johnston) and Rebekah Christensen (junior, Marshalltown) are now 4-0 in singles this spring after notching easy wins at No. 5 (6-2, 6-0) and No 6 (6-0, 6-2), respectively.
