Yuan Leads RPI in First Event of Spring
MALVERN, Pa. 鈥� The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men’s golf team competed over two days at the Swarthmore Invitational, held at White Manor Country Club (Par 71), finishing 11th out of 16 teamswith a cumulative score of +88 across three rounds. Leading the way for the Engineers was Zydon Yuan, who delivered a strong overall performance to place 20th with a +13 total. Yuan opened the tournament with rounds of 78 and 77 on Sunday before surging in Monday’s final round with an even-par 71, the lowest round by an RPI golfer on the weekend.
